CHTV Health 100 is a comprehensive health communication service platform. It is co-founded by the China Health Television(CHTV) of the National Health Commission, China Medical Tribune Website , Health Communication Index Research Institute, CHTV New Media Communication Committee and relevant industry associations. It consists of one platform, two business segments and three empowerment centers.

The one platform refers to the CHTV Health 100 Industrial Internet Platform, which is based on big data and AI technology and provides a full chain of services from indexes, research insights to overall solutions for the communication of health in China. By building a dynamic and interconnected health communication ecosystem, it realizes seamless collaboration and real-time interaction among health management departments, medical institutions, doctors, enterprises and other parties, and improves the efficiency and intelligence of health communication. Under the platform, there is the CHTV Health 100 Council and regional sub-centers based on provinces.

The two business segments consist of the communication business segment and the think tank business segment. The communication business segment includes the China Health Television(CHTV)  of the National Health Health Commissionand the integrated media matrix, the China Medical Tribune Website, the CHTV New Media Communication Committee, and others, which is the national team of health communication. The think tank segment composed  of the Health Communication Index Research Institute and CHTV Health 100 Consulting Center.

The three empowerment centers include the Hospital Health Communication Empowerment Center, the Doctor Health Science Popularization Empowerment Center and the Pharmaceutical Enterprise Brand Influence Empowerment Center. Relying on these three empowerment centers, a platform for cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the healthcare industry has been established.
